Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, obvious quality problems, and shipping errors for 7 days after delivery, provided that the product has not been used according to the following conditions:

1. A full refund of the money or exchange will be made when the product has manufacturing defects or obvious quality problems that prevent the normal use of the product. If the customer decides to keep the product, an agreed partial refund can be made to compensate for the failures presented.
2. For any change or return, it will be necessary to send proofs that show the problem through photos and / or videos and later the client must carry out the total destruction of the product by sending the corresponding proofs.
3. When buying any of our products, the client accepts that they could arrive with some minimal manufacturing defect that does not affect the operation or aesthetics in an obvious way, such as: loose threads, small spots of paint that do not affect the general aesthetics, subtle difference in received color, among others.
4. The client accepts that they should not make any negative qualification, without first giving us the opportunity to solve the problem within a period of no more than 7 days, after the claim has been placed, not counting the time necessary in case they agree to reship a product.
5. It is applicable for exchanges and returns products sent with an incorrect size according to the size guides indicated on each product with a margin of error of 1cm for footwear and 2cm for clothing in general.
6. We do not make changes or returns if after receiving the product the customer no longer likes the product or has changed his mind.
7. If for any reason the product does not reach a period of less than 75 days, the money will be returned in its entirety or a forwarding of the products will be carried out if the client so wishes.
8. If the customer does not receive or cannot remove the product after it has reached the destination, the product will be held by the shipping agency for a period of 10 normal days, later, if the customer does not remove it, the product will be returned to the origin and it will not be possible to resend the product or return the money due to the high shipping costs and handling time.
